Natural stones carry inherent variations in color, pattern, and texture. No two beads are exactly alike. These variations are not defects but rather proof of the stone's natural origin.

  • Handcrafted Quality: Because our items are hand-knotted and assembled by artisans, slight variations in size or finish may occur compared to the product images.

SECTION 3 - Custom Orders & Bazi Services

Certain products and services available via our site are "Custom" or "Bespoke" (e.g., Bazi analysis, custom-sized bracelets).

  • Confirmation Process: For custom jewelry, we will confirm the design with you prior to shipment.

  • Non-Cancellable: Once a custom design is approved by you and production/shipping has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

  • Accuracy of Data: You are responsible for providing accurate birth data (date, time, location) for Bazi analysis. We are not responsible for analysis results based on incorrect data provided by the user.

  • USA: Most orders under $800 are exempt from import duties.
  • Singapore: GST may apply to imported goods as per local regulations.
  • EU/UK/Canada/Australia: VAT or Import Duties may be collected by your local customs authority upon arrival.
  • Policy: 8 Oriental Fortune is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or GST applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Changes in Customs Policies: Customs policies, import duties, and tax regulations are subject to change by local governments without prior notice. We are not responsible for additional fees, retrospective charges, or delays caused by policy changes that occur while your package is in transit.
