1. Order Processing & Customization
- Standard Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom & Bazi Services: Because these items are handcrafted and often require energetic preparation by our masters, please allow 3–7 business days for creation.
- Design Approval: For custom jewelry, we will email you a photo of the finished design for your approval. We will not ship your item until you confirm you are happy with the design. Please check your email to avoid delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide (Excluding Remote Areas) on all qualifying orders.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders with a final subtotal of $88 USD or more.
- Conditions: The $88 threshold must be met after any discount codes or coupons are applied.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Please Note: Since packages are traveling internationally, it may take 2-3 days for the tracking status to update as the package clears export customs in Hong Kong or China. Do not worry if you do not see immediate movement; your package is on its way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- USA: Most orders under $800 are exempt from import duties.
- Singapore: As per local regulations, GST may apply to imported goods.
- Other Countries (EU/UK/Canada/etc.): VAT or Import Duties may be collected by your local customs authority upon arrival.
- Policy: 8 Oriental Fortune is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
- "Changes in Customs Policies & Import Regulations": Please be aware that customs policies, import duties, and tax regulations (such as US Tariffs or Singapore GST) are subject to change by local governments without prior notice.

Yes. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost during transit.

To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item immediately.

We are so sorry if this happens! Please email us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at 8fortune@8orientalfortune.com with a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send out a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Since our shipments originate from our dedicated centers in Hong Kong and Mainland China, your package first travels through local logistics and export customs before handing off to the international carrier (like USPS or SingPost). It is completely normal for tracking to show "Label Created" or "In Transit to Facility" for 2–4 days before the first major update appears. Please be assured your order is on its way!

Authenticity takes time. Unlike mass-produced jewelry, our custom Bazi items are handcrafted and energetically prepared by our masters specifically for you. This process, including the "Design Approval" step where we email you a photo for confirmation, typically takes 3–7 business days before the item is ready to be shipped.
