Important Note: Remote areas within these countries may have limited delivery options or require additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time (订单处理时间)
- Standard Items: 1-3 business days from order confirmation to shipment
- Custom & Bazi Services: 3-7 business days from order confirmation to shipment (handcrafted items require energetic preparation by our masters)
- Design Approval for Custom Jewelry: We will email you a photo of the finished design for approval. Your item will ship within 1-2 business days after you confirm approval. Please check your email promptly to avoid delays.

Global Sourcing, Authentic Origins
At 8 Oriental Fortune, authenticity is our highest priority. We do not drop-ship generic items from random warehouses.
Our collection is personally sourced from the legendary Jade Center in Kowloon, Hong Kong, across Thailand and the historic Chinese provinces of Guangdong, Fujian, and Jiangsu, and handcrafted in collaboration with I Ching Masters and artisans in China.
To ensure that every piece maintains its energetic integrity and comes directly from the hands of our masters to yours, our shipments originate primarily from our dedicated centers in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide on qualifying orders:
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders with a final subtotal of $88 USD or more (after discount codes are applied)
- Exclusions: Free shipping may not apply during specific promotional events (e.g., clearance sales, flash sales) or with certain deep-discount codes
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
- Please Note: Since packages travel internationally, it may take 2-3 business days for tracking status to update as the package clears export customs in Hong Kong or China. Do not worry if you do not see immediate movement—your package is on its way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- USA: Most orders under $800 are exempt from import duties.
- Singapore: GST may apply to imported goods as per local regulations.
- EU/UK/Canada/Australia: VAT or Import Duties may be collected by your local customs authority upon arrival.
- Policy: 8 Oriental Fortune is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or GST applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- Changes in Customs Policies: Customs policies, import duties, and tax regulations are subject to change by local governments without prior notice. We are not responsible for additional fees, retrospective charges, or delays caused by policy changes that occur while your package is in transit.
