Refund policy
At 8 Oriental Fortune, we want you to feel a deep connection with every crystal and piece of jewelry you bring into your life. If your purchase doesn't resonate with you, we are here to help facilitate a return under the following guidelines.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

Unworn and Unused: Jewelry must show no signs of wear. Crystals must be in their original state.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original box, pouch, or packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
Please Note: Due to the energetic nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, energetic cleansing, or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Custom or Bespoke Orders: Items customized based on Bazi analysis or specific intent requests.

Sale Items: Any item marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

Gift Cards.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons (unless arrived damaged).
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our support team at 8fortune@8orientalfortune.com with your Order # and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship It Back: Securely pack the items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping $5 will be deducted from your refund amount, unless you are processing an exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our sanctuary. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
