At 8 Fortune, we want you to feel a deep connection with every crystal and piece of jewelry you bring into your life.
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unwanted or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $5 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost during transit.

To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item immediately.

We are so sorry if this happens! Please email us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at 8fortune@8orientalfortune.com with a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send out a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Since our shipments originate from our dedicated centers in Hong Kong and Mainland China, your package first travels through local logistics and export customs before handing off to the international carrier (like USPS or SingPost). It is completely normal for tracking to show "Label Created" or "In Transit to Facility" for 2–4 days before the first major update appears. Please be assured your order is on its way!

Authenticity takes time. Unlike mass-produced jewelry, our custom Bazi items are handcrafted and energetically prepared by our masters specifically for you. This process, including the "Design Approval" step where we email you a photo for confirmation, typically takes 3–7 business days before the item is ready to be shipped.
